The denim blouse was created as a result of controls in order to alleviate the shortage of materials during World War II.
The pocket flaps were omitted, and the number of front buttons was changed from five to four.

Vegetable tanned deerskin label. Iron arabesque doughnut buttons.
The pleat stitching on the left side starts and ends at the top.
The right side of the body starts and ends at the bottom. The pocket stitching has a handmade feel.
Selvedge is visible on the back of the endpaper.
Pleats give it a sense of movement, and stitching and rivet placement give it a handmade feel.
