TAILOR TOYO Reversible Vietnam Jacket Vietnam Dragon Parachute TT15548 Vietnam Jacket Like the Sukajan, which was created in post-war Japan, the souvenir jacket, commonly known as the Viet-Jean, was created during the Vietnam War. There are two types available: one with a quilted liner and one with cotton twill, and this reversible version can be enjoyed either way. This model was custom-made for American soldiers stationed at Binh Thuy Air Base in Vietnam between 1967 and 1968. The cotton twill side features an embroidered dragon design, a rare vintage design that uses the American flag and a special font, while the reversible side, made of camouflage-patterned nylon ripstop fabric, features a popular embroidered design of parachute troops.
